Our approach

A process designed for owners who have not sold a company before.

A process designed for owners who have not sold a company before.

01

01

Confidential conversation: Every conversation starts owner-to-owner, directly with our CEO, Shawn, no intermediaries required. We take the time to understand what matters to you before any terms are discussed: your employees, your customers, your legacy.

02

02

Practical valuation: We look at recurring revenue, margin durability, team depth, contract quality, and debt capacity rather than headline multiples alone. Where a deal makes sense for both sides, we move deliberately and transparently through a structured process, backed by committed capital and a governance framework designed for long-term stewardship, not a quick resale.

03

03

Transition planning: The seller’s role, customer communication, employee continuity, and operating cadence are mapped before close.

04

04

Long-term operation: After closing, we run the company with a bias toward stable service delivery, clean reporting, and measured improvement.

Shawn Heeren

Shawn founded Crestline after a career in sales leadership across startups, scale-ups, and billion-dollar organizations, most recently as Head of Sales before building Crestline full-time. He leads sourcing, diligence, and every owner relationship personally, built around a simple thesis: commercial cleaning is fragmented, and few acquirers bring real sales infrastructure to the table.
